The project
This Lafayette homeowner wanted a sleek, modern entrance with real security and curb appeal. We designed and built a custom double-swing gate with a classic white finish and a vertical-slat design, then automated it with heavy-duty LiftMaster CSW24UL operators and added a CellGate smart video intercom for keyless, see-who-is-there access from a phone. The finished gate opens smoothly every day while elevating the whole entrance.
The double-swing layout suits Lafayette's hillside and valley driveways, splitting the span into two balanced leaves for clean, quiet operation. We handle the whole job in house: gate design and fabrication, the gate opener, wiring, safety sensors, and access control, all backed by a 1 to 2 year labor warranty.
